Return Policies

General Statement

CompulsivePaintball.com wants to thank you for choosing to shop with us. There are many competitor sites you could have chosen, however, you chose to do your business with us and we want our customers to know that we value their business and want them to feel satisfied with their purchase.

ALL RETURNS must by accompanied by an RMA number. If an item is sent to Compulsivepaintball without an RMA, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. You can receive an RMA number through one of the following:

Website: Customers can log on to their account from the website. Select RMA from the upper right hand corner. On the RMA page choose the type of RMA service you would like (Refund, Credit, or Exchange), then select the order that the item was placed under. The website will issue you an RMA number and offer instructions on returning merchandise.

Phone: Contact a RangeMonkey Service Representative by telephone and they will assist you in receiving an RMA number.

Returns for Refund / Store Credit

Most merchandise may be returned for refund within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, merchandise may not be returned for any reason. Certain products may not be returned for any reason such as Firearms, Ammunition, Clothing (except for size exchanges), and DVDs. For a full product refund, items must include ALL original packaging and be in unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Items returned for Refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of returned items. For your protection, we recommend insurance and/or delivery confirmation for every return. RangeMonkey will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. . RMA Numbers must be clearly written on the package or they will be returned to sender.

Returns for Exchange

Most merchandise may be Exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, merchandise may not be exchanged for any reason. Certain products may not be returned for any reason such as custom, made to order markers, clothing (except for size exchanges), and DVDs. For an item exchange, the original item(s) must include ALL original packaging and be in unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Damaged packaging constitutes use. Items that meet these requirements can be exchanged for the same or similar items at the customer's request. Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of items returned to RangeMonkey. For your protection, we recommend insurance and/or delivery confirmation for every return. RangeMonkey.com will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. RMA Numbers must be clearly written on the package or they may be refused / returned to sender.

Orders that are Refused / Returned to Sender / Undeliverable

If an order is refused, marked returned to sender, or otherwise undeliverable your order will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. The order can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Returns for Used Items

RangeMonkey does not accept returns for used merchandise under any circumstances. Products that are returned damaged or used will be returned to sender. If a product has been installed and does not work, please contact the manufacturer by means of the Warranty Information list found below. All products sold through RangeMonkey include a warranty by their prospective manufacturer which is included in the purchase price.

Wrong Item(s) / Missing Item(s)

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. All the technology and automation that we use brings mistakes to a minimum, however, the mere fact that we're human means mistakes can happen. If your order contains the wrong item(s) or is missing an item, please contact a sales representative and they will assist you in returning the incorrect item(s) to us or sending a replacement. We are unable to mail replacement item(s) until the incorrect item(s) are returned to us. At the customer's direction, we can bill the customer for the new parts being sent out and will refund the balance as soon as the incorrect item(s) are returned to us. Please note that we will ship the replacement item(s) at no cost to you via the same method chosen in the original order (ie. If you select UPS 3 Day, we will send the replacement to you at no charge via the same service).

Warranty Information

RangeMonkey.com is a large online wholesaler of Firearm accessories and supplies. Every product sold be RangeMonkey is backed by a manufacturer's warranty that is included in the purchase price of the product. RangeMonkey does not provide warranty work for any of the products we sell. Since we do not manufacture the products we sell, we are not able to answer technical / warranty information. These questions are best directed to the manufacturer of the products.
