- Compulsive Rewards is our new points system. It allows customers to earn rewards on our website by doing all the things they normally do (buy from our site, submit product reviews, answer questions, submit user images / videos, etc). These rewards are redeemable towards additional Paintball gear purchased from our website!

So why did you do it?

- We wanted to create a way to create REAL rewards and incentives for our loyal customers. Other site's rewards and "VIP" programs charge an up front fee and in some cases even an annual renewal?! These programs also have limitations on what their program includes. At Compulsive; our Rewards program has no limitations and no cost! Like we said; we did this for YOU!

How can I redeem my rewards?

- Very easily! You simply place your order as you normally would. On the final page of checkout; there will be a button that allows you to redeem your rewards for credit off your order. You can also view your rewards at any time by logging into your account. Your Rewards homepage will show you what rewards you have and how you earned them (by placing orders, submitting reviews, etc.).

How can I earn Rewards without placing an order?

- Oh yea, you can earn rewards without placing an order! We made it simple to earn rewards without even placing an order on our site! Here's a few different ways you can earn rewards:

-> Reviews: Write reviews for each product you own (or have owned). The review should cover basic function, how well the product worked, any problems you had, and whether you would recommend it to someone else. Grammar and spelling are important! You are trying to help other customers make a decision about whether a product is right for them too! Accepted reviews will be displayed on our website and Rewards are added!

-> Answer Questions: Many products on the website have questions listed for the products we sell. Usually we know the answer, but in some instances we need YOUR help. If you can answer a question and the answer is confirmed and approved, you will have Rewards added! Again, spelling and grammar are important!



-> User Images: We do what all stores do with images... We try and take the best pictures we can in our super clean and white lightboxes. Obviously, your Paintball equipment isn't used in a clean room! Show us pictures of your setup in your room, on the paintball field, in your hands. Try to show angles and illustrate points that our pictures don't! If your submitted picture is approved, you'll earn Rewards!



-> User Videos: *COMING SOON* If you're looking for the best way to earn a ton of Rewards then this is for you! Many of our products have promotional videos attached to them. Players want to see REAL videos. We're looking for videos from players that use and abuse their gear. Great ideas for videos would include comprehensive reviews of the item showing how it works, illustrating the product from different angles, and telling everyone what you think of it. If you can show it in action on the Paintball field (the proving ground!) then that's even better! Spelling doesn't matter here :) but please try to keep it somewhat professional (no cursing, slang, etc.). We expect videos should be at least a minute in length. Approved videos are worth BIG rewards! If a product already has a review; don't let that scare you. We'd like products to have as many user images and videos as possible.
